Professional Activities:
Mr. VanBronkhorst practices in the fields of commercial and general civil litigation representing insurance companies, financial institutions, midsize companies, as well as individuals.
- As a member of the firm's subrogation team, he represents insurance companies in litigation matters including no-fault automobile actions, products liability, premises liability, and general negligence claims.
- He is also involved with the firm's workout group where he represents financial institutions litigating against debtors in debt workouts.
- His commercial litigation practice includes representation of local and regional companies in shareholder disputes, construction litigation, creditor's rights, defending premises liability slip-and-fall accidents, and advising clients regarding insurance coverage actions.
- As a general civil litigator, he has successfully defended individuals in collection actions and represented real property owners involved in real estate easement rights disputes.
