- Victories before the Michigan Supreme Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals. His work in the Michigan Supreme Court resulted in being awarded with the Distinguished Brief Award by the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
- Handles much of the firm’s appellate matters before the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
- Represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in all phases of real estate sales including common area and easement agreements, review of title and surveys and resolution of title defects.
- Assists owners of office and retail properties with ongoing management issues, such as assignment and subletting, changes in use, construction of tenant improvements, and tenant defaults.
