  • November 8, 2011. Received a Not Guilty Verdict on an Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death case in Barry County.
  • October, 2011. Successfully challenged a vehicle stop resulting in dismissal of a charge of Operating While Intoxicated - Third Offense.
  • August, 2011. Successfully suppressed Datamaster Breath results leading to a reduction of charges from Operating While Intoxicated - Second Offense to Careless Driving.
  • June 10, 2011. Received a Not Guilty Verdict on an Operating While Impaired by Alcohol and a Controlled Substance Causing Death charge in Barry County.
  • Represented an individual during Grand Jury proceedings in Federal and State Court regarding identity theft, conspiracy, wire fraud and missing person charges.
  • Representing a non-targeted individual in Federal Court regarding copyright infringement and fraud regarding Apple, Inc.
  • Representing a non-targeted individual in Federal Court regarding an investment ponzi scheme ranging from $12 to $15 million dollars.
  • Represented 15 investors in the complex $130 million dollar Pupler Distributing ponzi scheme. Representation included identification, recovery and distribution of preferential payments, interest payments and principle as well as detailed accounting and consultation with the Trustee.
  • Represented a co-owner of a Title Company regarding embezzlement and fraud. After several months of investigation and negotiations with prosecutors, my client did not get charged with any crime and owed no restitution.
  • Acted as co-counsel with the firm's Family Law partner in a complex, large estate, divorce trial.
  • Successfully conducted bench and jury trials resulting in not guilty verdicts. Most recent acquittals were: Aggravated Assault, Malicious Destruction of Property, Assault and Battery, Operating While Intoxicated, CSC 1st and many more.
  • Successfully negotiated dismissals with various local prosecutors. Most recent dismissals were Felonious Assault, Fleeing and Eluding, CSC 1st, Delivery of MJ, Obstruction of Justice, Operating While Intoxicated and many more.
