Mr. Kreter is the managing partner of the Battle Creek office.

Professional Activities:

  • Mr. Kreter has practiced law in Michigan and Indiana for over 28 years. He has developed a business and litigation practice which provides him unique insight when negotiating a business transaction or litigating insurance and commercial cases.
  • Mr. Kreter's litigation practice includes representing insurance companies in first and third party cases, real estate disputes and title claims. His commercial litigation practice emphasizes litigating contractual disputes. Mr. Kreter has represented some of the best known insurance companies, including AAA, State Farm Mutual Insurance Company and Fidelity National Financial Group.
  • His business practice includes organizing and maintaining corporate entities, partnerships and limited liability companies. He acts as general counsel for several regional companies and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He places an emphasis on the analysis and resolution of complex legal issues on behalf of his clients, with a reputation as a lawyer who negotiates and achieves successful results.
  • Mr. Kreter is experienced in alternative dispute procedures, including Arbitration and Mediation and is certified as a Michigan State Court Mediator.
