Mr. Schultz is the managing director of the firm’s Grand Rapids office.
Professional Activities:
- Over 21 years of experience in both commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis in commercial collections and bank workouts.
- Represents banks, credit unions and the firm’s corporate clients in their collection litigation matters.
- Litigated several fraudulent conveyances actions and participated in workout matters involving the firm’s corporate and banking clients.
- Lectured frequently on collection law and creditors rights issues and has authored several articles on asset protection and preservation topics for local publications.
Mr. Schultz is very active in local youth athletics and served as past president of the Kalamazoo County Michigan State University Alumni Association. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and is active in the MSU Alumni Association, Kent County Legal Aid and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Kent County.
