Joshua Traeger Joins Kreis Enderle
Joshua Traeger has joined Kreis, Enderle, Hudgins & Borsos, P.C. as an attorney in the firm’s Grand Rapids, Michigan office. His primary practice areas include business law and litigation, civil litigation, criminal law, family law, military law and veterans’ law. He is licensed in both Illinois and Michigan.
As a Senior Trial Counsel for the United States Air Force, Traeger served as lead prosecutor on complex courts-martial worldwide. He also led Congressionally-mandated litigation training for more than 500 Air Force attorneys. Between his time as a prosecutor and as Area Defense Counsel in Phoenix, AZ, Traeger has personally taken more than seventy-five cases to trial in federal court.
Traeger received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2009, where he was a Philip H. Corboy Fellow in Trial Advocacy. He has been awarded the Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award from the American Association for Justice, the Meritorious Service Medal and is a two-time recipient of the Air Force Commendation Medal.
During his time as president of an Air Force Company Grade Officers’ Council, Traeger led the revitalization of the Scott Craven Mentoring Program at elementary schools near Valdosta, GA. The program connected Air Force mentors with children whose parents were deployed. Traeger was also previously the president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wake Forest, and giving back to the community continues to be an important aspect of his life.
