Affordable Care Act Compliance:
If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, Then It Probably Is.

As employers face the full force of the implementation of the ACA in 2015 and 2016, many have turned to “skinny” plans and cash opt-out offers to save on the costs of employer provided health insurance coverage.  However, employers must be wary of these alternatives which offer nothing more than a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” approach to employers who may be trying to save money on health insurance.

Meet Bob Borsos. Some people might be surprised that one of the named partners at a major law firm like Kreis Enderle would use the classic “golden rule” to describe his approach to lawyering. But it makes good sense, especially in the context of his own words. “I treat my clients as I would like to be treated. I listen. I am concerned about their welfare and the outcome of the project. I can be trusted with their confidential issues. I am tenacious as their advocate. And I keep them well informed each step of the way as we progress toward a mutually determined goal.”
