The question is always whether or not this is a good deal for the client."
Ryan is a Kreis Enderle shareholder who oversees corporate, finance and commercial real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars annually. He represents businesses, developers and lenders on projects and operations throughout the United States and has served as counsel on some of the largest development projects in West Michigan.
