Effective legal writing, efficient legal research capabilities and creative thinking skills make Steve Staple a highly valued attorney.  Steve has resolved a land title issue resulting from violation of the Land Division Act, assisted retired individuals with their estate plans, helped an elder law client avoid Medicaid estate recovery, and drafted various documents associated with the purchase and sale of a professional corporation. He is particularly passionate about real estate law.

Steve graduated fourth in his class of 240 students at Michigan State University College of Law, where he received the Jurisprudence Award for having the highest grade in Research, Writing, and Advocacy II and Advanced Legal Research. He is also a recipient of the Dean Charles H. King Scholarship. During law school, Steve was also an associate editor for the Michigan State Law Review.
