Corporate Attorney Courtney E. Schlipp Fisk Joins Kreis Enderle’s Grand Rapids Office

We are pleased to announce Courtney E. Schlipp Fisk has joined Kreis Enderle as an associate attorney in our Grand Rapids office. Courtney focuses her practice on business and corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and litigation.

Courtney focuses her practice on a range of business and corporate matters, counseling clients on entity selection and formation, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, dissolutions, and commercial real estate deals. She earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University, a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University. In addition to her legal practice, Courtney volunteers with Ele’s Place and provides pro bono legal representation through Legal Aid of Western Michigan.
