We are delighted to announce that Joslin Monahan has joined the firm as an associate in our Grand Rapids office.
Drawing from her private practice and in-house experience, Joslin counsels clients in real property transactions, business and corporate law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and land use and zoning matters. She is also a recognized authority in cannabis law, an evolving and expanding industry impacting Michigan’s economy.
An exceptional corporate and transactional attorney, Joslin is also ready to pursue her clients’ rights in the courtroom when litigation becomes necessary. While in practice in Montana, she litigated a bankruptcy proceeding involving the 13,600- acre Yellowstone Club in Big Sky and a homeowner association’s appeal to the Montana Supreme Court. After returning to her home state of Michigan, Joslin continued her real property, business, and corporate work while continuing to tally impressive litigation victories.
In the area of cannabis law, Joslin represents clients in commercial transactions, state and local licensure issues, and real estate purchase, sale, and leasing agreements. She also dedicates time to preserving civil liberties in our country. She proudly serves as the chair of the Western Branch of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and is a member of the organization’s Lawyers Committee.
Joslin reflects the firm’s continuing growth and bright future, and we are thrilled to have her on the Kreis Enderle team!
