Kreis Enderle Admits Nicholas Spigiel as Shareholders
Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce Nicholas Spigiel has been admitted as a shareholder.

Nick Spigiel represents clients at all stages of the litigation process, including trying cases to verdict. He has achieved summary judgment of claims against clients ranging from breach of contract to adverse possession to claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. He has also represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings. Nick has significant experience litigating easement disputes, foremost riparian and water flow rights. He has appeared on Michigan Super Lawyers list of “Rising Stars” each year since 2018.
