Kreis Enderle Admits Bobbi Hines and Nicholas Spigiel as Shareholders

Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce two lawyers have been admitted as shareholders. Bobbi Hines and Nicholas Spigiel bring a combined 19 years of legal experience to their new positions.

They make a wide range of contributions to the firm, not only to their clients and their colleagues, but also in their respective communities.”

Bobbi Hines is a member of Kreis Enderle’s Estate Planning and Elder Law Practice Group, representing individuals and families in a broad range of estate and asset protection planning to protect clients and their families’ wealth. She provides legal advice and assistance for all of her clients’ estate planning, elder law, and family law needs.

Nick Spigiel

Bobbi serves on the Salvation Army Planned Giving Committee, is a Lifeline Leader and coach for middle-school-aged teens at Ada Bible Church, and is an ambassador for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Michigan Lawyers Weekly selected her to its annual list of “Up & Coming Lawyers.”

Nick Spigiel represents clients at all stages of the litigation process, including trying cases to verdict. He has achieved summary judgment of claims against clients ranging from breach of contract to adverse possession to claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. He has also represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings. Nick has significant experience litigating easement disputes, foremost riparian and water flow rights. He has appeared on Michigan Super Lawyers list of “Rising Stars” each year since 2018.
