Super Lawyers Names Three Kreis Enderle to 2020 Michigan Super Lawyers List

• For more than 30 years, shareholder Stephen Hessen has focused on his practice on commercial litigation, estate planning, and business planning matters. Because of his litigation and transactional experience and his reputation within the legal community, he is a highly regarded mediator for parties looking to resolve their disputes outside the courtroom. 2020 marks the eighth consecutive year Steve has appeared on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers.
• Shareholder Nicholas Spigiel is an accomplished civil litigator, representing and counseling clients at all stages of litigation, including trial and ADR proceedings. He has obtained several successful summary disposition, summary judgment, and trial wins in cases involving breach of contract, adverse possession of real property, and violations of the federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. This is Nick’s third consecutive appearance on the Rising Stars list.
• Elliott Church is Of Counsel to Kreis Enderle and concentrates his practice in technology-related matters involving IP protection, licensing, purchase and sale, service contracts, privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and dispute resolution.
