Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce that Super Lawyers has included four of our attorneys in the 2020 edition of Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.
- For more than 30 years, shareholder Stephen Hessen has focused on his practice on commercial litigation, estate planning, and business planning matters. Because of his litigation and transactional experience and his reputation within the legal community, he is a highly regarded mediator for parties looking to resolve their disputes outside the courtroom. 2020 marks the eighth consecutive year Steve has appeared on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers.
- Shareholder Nicholas Spigiel is an accomplished civil litigator, representing and counseling clients at all stages of litigation, including trial and ADR proceedings. He has obtained several successful summary disposition, summary judgment, and trial wins in cases involving breach of contract, adverse possession of real property, and violations of the federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. This is Nick’s third consecutive appearance on the Rising Stars list.
- Shareholder Jesse Young devotes his practice to representing employers and employees involved in workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing activities, employment contracts, terminations and severance negotiations, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour violations. This is Jesse’s first appearance on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers; he previously appeared on the list of Rising Stars for eight straight years.
- Elliott Church is Of Counsel to Kreis Enderle and concentrates his practice in technology-related matters involving IP protection, licensing, purchase and sale, service contracts, privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and dispute resolution. Because of his deep legal, technical, and transactional experience, he thoroughly understands both the risks and opportunities associated with IT. 2020 is the fourth consecutive year Elliot has appeared on the list of Rising Stars..
The Super Lawyers rankings include outstanding, well-respected attorneys in more than 70 practice areas, all of whom have made substantial professional achievements and have earned a high degree of peer recognition. Rising Stars honorees are the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing law for ten years or less. Just five percent of Michigan attorneys are named to the Super Lawyers list, while only two-and-a-half percent are selected as Rising Stars.
