An associate in the firm’s Grand Rapids office, Anthony C. Norman leverages a diverse background in a broad spectrum of legal disciplines to provide his clients with sound counsel and seasoned representation in transactional and litigation matters alike.

As a member of Kreis Enderle’s Employment Law practice group, Anthony helps companies develop proactive strategies designed to minimize the likelihood of disruptive disputes and promote compliance with the complex web of laws and regulations that govern employment relationships. He also defends the rights of workers when employers fail to meet their obligations under the law.

A Grand Rapids native, Anthony practiced law in Florida for several years before returning home to Michigan to continue his career. While in Florida, Anthony handled a broad range of matters, including business law, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. He also developed a significant consumer protection and foreclosure defense practice, including the representation of individuals in actions against banks, loan servicers, debt collectors, and car finance companies for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). A talented litigator, Anthony handled and oversaw over 100 federal civil lawsuits throughout South Florida.

Upon returning to Grand Rapids, Anthony opened his own firm and continued to serve clients in Michigan and Florida in business law, cannabis law, complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and civil litigation matters. His professionalism and accomplishments have earned him accolades from his peers, including appearances on Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Up & Coming Lawyers” list for 2020 and repeat honors as a Grand Rapids Magazine “Top Lawyer” in Commercial Litigation.

Anthony lives in Byron Center, Michigan, and when not serving his clients, he loves to play golf and travel.
