Daniel J. Visscher
Stay the Course: Motivated People. Working Together. Committed to Success. For Daniel J. Visscher, these words are much more than a set of corporate values. As Director of Finance and Operations at Kreis Enderle, this axiom guides his life, both professionally and personally.
Daniel began his career at Kreis Enderle when he was 18 years old and studying finance at Western Michigan University (WMU). A part-time legal courier with a self-described “go-getter” attitude, Daniel soon segued into a position as assistant for accounts payable. He graduated from WMU’s Haworth College of Business in 2012. Soon after, he was promoted to accounts payable and payroll manager, eventually making his way into the firm’s Human Resources department. Daniel’s tireless dedication in these roles helped inspire the structure for his current position as Kreis Enderle’s first Director of Finance and Operations.
As a leader, Daniel believes passionately in the power of individual strengths to improve a team. He has a knack for identifying talents in those he works with and a reputation for helping them succeed. In 2022, he received Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Unsung Legal Heroes” award and is one of only two Michigan professionals accredited as a “Certified Legal Manager” (CLM). Daniel actively participates in local and national chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
When he isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and reconnecting with nature. Together with his brothers, Daniel owns a small firewood business that is dedicated to honoring his late father—the man who first inspired him to always stay the course.
