Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was an estate planning attorney in two private practices, including Hillary & Blease Law Offices and Hillary Law Offices. Nancy is also an effective educator and speaker and served as an adjunct professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she taught motion/brief writing and oral advocacy skills. She started her legal career while still in college, working as a managing editor and later a legal editor for a state and national magazine on workers’ compensation law. She also previously served as a research attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan.
