“My clients’ problems become my problems.”
Nick Spigiel takes things very personally when it comes to the law. He makes it a point to make his clients’ problems his own problems. This attorney is not satisfied with a case until he has effectively achieved the best result possible, whether that be inside or outside the courtroom.
Nick has successfully represented clients at all stages of the litigation process, including trying cases to verdict. He has achieved summary judgment of claims against clients ranging from breach of contract to adverse possession to claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. He has also represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings. Nick is especially interested in easement disputes, foremost riparian and water flow rights.
