Sara Fazio Appointed to State Bar of Michigan Civil Procedure and Courts Committee

Kreis Enderle Sara FazioKreis Enderle is pleased to announce that attorney Sara Fazio has been appointed to the State Bar of Michigan Civil Procedure and Courts Committee for the 2021-2022 bar year, beginning October 1, 2021. Sara’s appointment was announced by the State Bar of Michigan’s Incoming President Dana Warnez.

The Civil Procedure and Courts Committee reviews and recommends proposed court rules and legislation related to civil practice in Michigan state courts. The Committee recommends administrative, court rule, and statutory changes concerning improvements in court management, organization, and operation.

Sara is a shareholder in the firm’s Grand Rapids office and a member of the civil litigation, estate planning, and collections practice groups. She serves on the Cascade Michigan Township Board of Review and is a past member of the Michigan State Board of Nursing Home Administrators. Sara has also been recognized as an Up & Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly and was named to the list of Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
