Mitchell Moldovan
A shareholder in the firm’s Kalamazoo office, Mitch Moldovan focuses his practice on serving individuals and families who need sound guidance and compassionate counsel for their most personal and consequential matters. This includes helping his clients navigate the legal, financial, and practical challenges of divorce and family law issues. Mitch draws from his substantial experience to advocate for clients involved in custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, asset division, and spousal support matters, protecting and advancing their interests and providing them with a path forward.
Understanding that nothing is more important than family, Mitch helps his clients prepare for the future and protect their loved ones by crafting comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Mitch works closely with each client to give them peace of mind, security, and clarity, empowering them with information to make thoughtful, informed choices. His practice also includes general business formation and counsel.
Mitch lives in Schoolcraft, Michigan, with his wife Kate and their two children, Brynn and Beau. When not serving his clients, he enjoys being with his family, playing golf and hockey, and spending time at the beach and outdoors.
