“Aggressive and efficient representation are the keys to my clients’ success”

Ray has handled thousands of collection matters for companies, banks and credit unions over the course of his nearly 30-year career.  He has heard every excuse imaginable, yet has been able to succeed where other attorneys have failed.  Clients want an attorney who is responsive to their needs, punctual, professional and, most importantly, aggressive when the situation calls for it.  “Leaving no stone unturned” is key to a successful collections practice.  Supported by a professional team utilizing the latest asset search software provides us with the best possible opportunity to be successful for our clients.  As the old saying goes, ”getting the judgment is easy, collecting the judgment is the hard part.”  Simply put, Ray and his collections team put their clients in the best possible position to succeed.

Ray is also passionate about the importance of giving back to his community.  He has been active in the United Way of Ottawa County, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Legal Aid of Kent County.  He spends his free time with his family and enjoys boating, deer and pheasant hunting, fishing and attending Michigan State University football and basketball games.
