“Comprehensive trial strategies are the keys to gaining a substantive procedural advantage.”
Robb Krueger believes in managing expectations. For Robb’s clients, those expectations can and should be the right to receive thoughtful and honest answers to their questions which are clearly focused on serving their interests. This mutual understanding and respect, Robb says, will, in turn, help him develop comprehensive trial strategies designed to provide a substantive procedural advantage when litigation becomes necessary.
Robb’s primary practice area at Kreis Enderle is civil litigation including employment, banking, contract, insurance, real estate and construction. He has successfully tried cases in federal and state courts ranging from trade mark infringement and fraud to contractual disputes. Robb is also a regular presenter for Sterling Education on legal issues related to real estate litigation.
