Kreis Enderle Welcomes Associate Katrina Kapture to Its Battle Creek Office

Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce Katrina “Kat” Kapture has joined the firm’s Battle Creek office, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.

“Kat is a talented attorney, and we are delighted to have her as an associate with our firm,” said Kay E. Kossen, Kreis Enderle’s managing partner. “She brings a strong work ethic, empathy, and prior experience from clerking at two Detroit area law firms and as a student attorney at the Free Legal Aid Clinic.”

Kat obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Albion College. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School as an Arthur F. Lederle Scholar. She served as a summer associate at Kreis Enderle in 2019.

Kay Kossen focuses her practice on real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, transfers of ownership, title litigation, developments, condominiums, and homeowners associations. She also counsels clients on estate planning matters such as long-term care planning and Medicaid benefits, succession planning, and asset protection using trusts, wills, deeds, and power of attorney documents.
