Courtney Schlipp Fisk Named Shareholder at Kreis Enderle

Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce that attorney Courtney Schlipp Fisk has been elected as a partner at the Firm.

Courtney focuses her practice on litigation and regularly appears in Michigan’s state and federal courts to protect and enforce clients’ interests in breach of contract claims, business torts, and shareholder/partnership disputes. She extends her business litigation practice to representing financial institutions in debt collection and mortgage foreclosure actions.

Beyond commercial litigation, Courtney represents individuals in business formations, criminal proceedings, family law matters, and residential and investment real estate transactions. She is also at the forefront of advising clients venturing into the emerging Michigan cannabis market.

Courtney graduated cum laude from Grand Valley State University, received her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law, and earned an MBA from Central Michigan University.
