Attorney Mitchell Moldovan Named Partner at Kreis Enderle

We are pleased to announce Mitchell P. Moldovan has been elected to partner, effective January 1, 2022. Mitch practices in the firm’s Kalamazoo office and has more than 20 years of experience in family law, estate planning, and business transactions.

Mitch joined Kreis Enderle in the fall of 2020. He handles a range of matters in the divorce and family law area, including custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, asset division, and spousal support issues. In his estate planning practice, Mitch counsels individuals, couples, and families of various means, using wills, trusts, and other tools to protect their assets and transfer generational wealth. He also advises businesses on entity selection, formation, and contracts, and helps owners and shareholders with estate planning and business succession issues.
