Estate Planning and Business Law Attorney Michael J. Yassay Joins Kreis Enderle

We are thrilled to announce that Michael J. Yassay has joined our Portage office as an associate attorney. Michael will focus on estate planning, probate and trust administration, cannabis, and business law.

“Michael is a fantastic addition to our already deep estate planning practice,” said Kreis Enderle Managing Partner Kay Kossen. “Not only does he bring estate planning experience and exceptional client service, but his business background provides even more value to our clients.”

Michael strives to build long-lasting relationships with his clients through a personal approach, crafting well-crafted estate plans that protect assets, minimize tax liabilities, and, most importantly, create peace of mind about their futures. He listens and understands the client’s unique circumstances and ultimate goals, putting them in the best position to provide for their families now and in the future.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he received the jurisprudence award for business enterprises. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, where he was awarded the Eli Broad College of Business Broad Warrior Award (recognizing the top 5 percent of Broad’s first-year MBA students).

When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying Michigan’s great outdoors.
