Estate Planning Attorney Morgan L. Rogalke Joins Kreis Enderle’s Portage Office

We are pleased to announce Morgan L. Rogalke has joined Kreis Enderle as an associate attorney in our Portage office, where she focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law.

“Morgan has accumulated an impressive amount of experience in wills, trusts, probate matters, and long-term care planning for an attorney two years out of law school,” said Kreis Enderle Manager Partner Kay E. Kossen. “She demonstrates the level of dedication and service our clients expect from lawyers at our firm.”

Besides preparing estate planning documents, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and long-term care plans, Morgan appears in estate and probate administration and litigation. She also served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem in Kalamazoo County, advocating for incapacitated adults and developmentally disabled individuals in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.

Morgan received dual undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College and earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. In law school, she gained real-world experience as an extern with the state agency, a student attorney in an immigration law clinic, and a clerk with a small estate planning firm.

Outside the office, Morgan is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys anything outdoors.
