We are proud to announce that Nick Spigiel, a shareholder in our Kalamazoo/Portage office, has been named leader of Kreis Enderle’s Litigation Practice Group.

Nick brings deep experience representing clients at all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, including trials, mediation, and arbitration. Known for his strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to clear communication, Nick has successfully advocated for clients in a wide range of civil and business litigation matters.

As practice group leader, Nick will guide the group’s strategic priorities, mentor attorneys, and continue to ensure our clients receive thoughtful, effective advocacy.

Kay Kossen focuses her practice on real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, transfers of ownership, title litigation, developments, condominiums, and homeowners associations. She also counsels clients on estate planning matters such as long-term care planning and Medicaid benefits, succession planning, and asset protection using trusts, wills, deeds, and power of attorney documents.
