Three Kreis Enderle Attorneys Selected to 2019 Michigan Super Lawyers List
Kreis Enderle is pleased to announce that three of our attorneys were named to the 2019 list of Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.
- Managing partner Stephen Hessen has more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, estate planning, and business planning. His broad litigation and transactional experience combined with a reputation for fairness and professionalism among his peers have made him a sought-after mediator for parties seeking dispute resolution outside the courtroom. This is the seventh consecutive year Steve has appeared on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers.
- Associate Elliot Church concentrates his practice on legal issues surrounding software development, database administration, and IT procurement. His combined legal, technical, and transactional experience allows him a comprehensive understanding of the risks and opportunities in IT and an ability to anticipate issues arising in the negotiation and performance of IT agreements. This is Elliot’s third consecutive appearance on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
- Associate Nicholas Spigiel represents clients at all stages of litigation, from pleadings to trial. He has secured several summary disposition and summary judgment victories in matters ranging from breach of contract claims to adverse possession actions to Fair Debt Collections Practices Act violations. This is the second consecutive year Nick has been named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding attorneys in more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Rising Stars represent the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing law for 10 years or less. Only five percent of the lawyers in Michigan are named Super Lawyers, while only two and a half percent are named Rising Stars.
